This Return and Refund Policy is valid only for customers buying from our online store.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact Obe Support within 30 days of your purchase day to request a full refund. To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:
1. Returned products must be packed in their original packaging including all accessories that shipped with the Product.
2. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days of your purchase date and the Product must be received by Obe within 10 days after issuance of the RMA.
3. Shipping and handling charges and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.
4. Customers are responsible for shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to Obe.
We recommend that you use a tracking services for your protection. Refunds will be processed and paid within 2 weeks of Obe’s receipt of Product.
